We take our time and yours very seriously so when you book an appointment with us that appointment is not validated or secured until a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT has been paid. If you have booked an appointment and find that you have double booked yourself for one reason or another find that you won't be able to make your scheduled appointment don't panic. We allow you to reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and we allow you to reschedule UP TO THREE TIMES! Here at Done By Lex we understand that life happens. After the third reschedule unfortunately we won't allow a fourth rescheduled appointment. At that point you would have to book a new appointment and pay a second deposit.
Should you want to cancel your appointment it can be done in good standing at any point up to 24 hours in advance of your pre-selected appointment time. We prefer cancelations be made via phone/text at (585) 439-9675. Cancelations made under 24 hours may be subject to review and may prevent future bookings. If a customer has had more than one cancelation under 24 hours they may not be allowed to book future appointments. If they do manage to book an appointment with a compromised appointment history that will be the only time Done By Lex will issue a full refund on a deposit.
All appointments booked with Done By Lex have a 15 minute grace period. If you feel like you will be any later than the 15 minute grace period then you should contact your Stylist before the appointment time so that the Stylist may check and see if there is enough time before the next scheduled appointment for you to still be serviced. The Stylist will let you now if you should continue to come to your appointment or if we need to reschedule for a later date. At this point if the Stylist suggest a reschedule the new appointment will not require an additional deposit.
If you book an appointment then don't call or show up this will be considered a forfeiture of your deposit and appointment time. Done By Lex will not reach out for a reschedule and may not allow you to book future appointments pending the reason for the absence.
Memberships can be canceled at anytime but must cancel 48 hours prior to the next scheduled auto-pay. If a customer should enroll in a Done By Lex Membership and decide that they no longer want to be enrolled they have either up to 7 days after they start their membership or until they pay their first deposit to request a refund. After a deposit is placed a refund for that months membership fee will not be issued but an immediate stop on any future withdrawals from their account will be processed. Should a refund be request during the valid period(s) it shall be processed but may the 3 to 5 days to be returned to the customer's account or sent back via ePayment.
