There are many services that we will introduce and implement to revolutionize the hair care industry. Some of the ideas that we will construct are the "Hair Inclusive Service", "Done By Lex Memberships",  "Paid Referrals" and "Done By Lex Style Insurance". The details and operating procedures of these concepts are listed below.

Done By Lex Style Insurance

If a customer comes to Done By Lex for service they will be offered Done By Lex Style Insurance a.k.a. D.B.L Style Ins. D.B.L. Style Insurance goes a step beyond the Done By Lex Guarentee. D.B.L. Style Insurance will kick in for an additional 90 days after the complimentary 14 day Done By Lex Guarentee has completed. D.B.L. Style Insurance prices will vary based on the price of the original Style the customer receives. D.B.L Style Insurance prices are as follows...
                         

                             for styles between $50 and $100 = $20 for D.B.L. Style Ins.
                                                              $101 and $200 = $30 for D.B.L. Style Ins.
                                                              $201 and $300 = $40 for D.B.L. Style Ins.
                                                              $301 and above = $50 for D.B.L. Style Ins.

If interested, customers are expected to select and pay for the D.B.L. Style Insurance with the payment for the hair services received upon completion of the customer's hair appointment. If a customer would like to pay for the D.B.L. Style Insurance after their initial appointment they have up to but no more than 7 calender days after that appointment to pay the total cost of the D.B.L. Style Insurance.

However, customers that are enrolled in the membership program will receive D.B.L. Style Insurance complementary with their enrollment of the Plus or Pro membership. The Basic membership does not offer complimentary D.B.L. Style Insurance, however does come with an extended 28 day Done By Lex Guarentee.

What assurances does D.B.L. Style Insurance offer? Customers will be provided Style repairs for some types of customer caused damages. For example, a customer gets their hair serviced by a Done By Lex Stylist, then they go on vacation and submerge their hair either in the pool or beach. Upon their return home they can set up a repair appointment at the first available opening with one of our Stylist to have the Style either entirely re-done (for the quick and simpler styles) or have a Done By Lex Stylist take down and re-do the perimeter of their hair (for longer and more time consuming styles). The customer is NOT to purposefully remove any part of their own style (which we refer to as Unprovoked Customer Removal a.k.a. U.C.R.) prior to coming for a repair appointment to prevent over or unnecessary removal. If a customer does remove parts of their own Style without prior instruction from a Done By Lex stylist the repair cost may not be completely covered. They may still be granted some alternate repair options or a complete repair but for an additional cost, that decision will be made by the Stylist. 

Incidents/damage(s) that are covered by the D.B.L. Style Insurance are as follows water damage, damage caused by perspiration, excessive scratching, slippage* and other unmentioned, unknown or unforeseen events/causes. What is not to be covered? U.C.R. of hair, braids, twist, locs or other work/services completed by a Done By Lex Stylist. D.B.L. Style Insurance also does NOT cover work completed by other Stylist or hair salons, including self done hairstyles.
*slippage refers to hair weave added braids, locs or twist that may potentially slide out due to hair texture.

Paid Referral Program

Done By Lex gives back to the community and shows customer appreciation in various ways. One of the more interesting ways that ties both of these points together is the Done By Lex Referral program. Our Referral program provides an opportunity for anyone client or not to make an income with minimal effort. If a person refers a client to us, for the contents and purposes of this text that person will be referred to as the "referer" and the client that they send to Done By Lex will be referred to as the "referee". After the referer makes the referral, the referee will need to access any one of the points of contact with Done By Lex to book an appointment, pay a deposit to secure their appointment slot. At the time of booking the referee must inform the Done By Lex staff member that they have been referred to Done By Lex and who it was that made the referral to them. 

The referer will be sent a "Thank You" post via social media if they have an active Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumbler, TikTok or LinkedIn account, in the event that Done By Lex should not have access to the referer's social media account we will reach out to the referee in an attempt reach the referer. After the referer has been publicly thanked the referer will also be informed that there is a small gift waiting for them. Done By Lex pays a $10 per referral reward which will primarily be paid through e-Payment. Done By Lex does not keep cash on premises so referrals will only be paid via CashApp, PayPal, Zelle or company check. In order for a referer to be paid for a referee must be a first-time Done By Lex customer, a\\ refer will not be paid an additional referral reward for a customer who has been serviced by Done By Lex in a previous appointment. There are no limits to the amount of referral rewards a person can earn and all referrals will be recorded and monitored. 

When a referer reaches 25 referrals in addition to the $10 referral reward and what will now be a personalized Thank you post they will also receive a $250 gift certificate to Done By Lex Hair Salon, their photo featured on every Done By Lex media outlet, a complimentary six month Done By Lex Membership and all referrals they send between their 26th and 50th referral will now earn them $15 per referral. 

When a referer reaches 50 referrals in addition to the $15 referral reward, the personalized Thank you post and their photo featured on every Done By Lex media outlet they will also receive a $250 gift certificate to Done By Lex Hair Salon, $250 in the form of a company check or ePayment, a dedication video made and posted to the Done By Lex TikTok and YouTube account pages to commemorate the occasion, a complimentary one year Done By Lex Membership and all referrals they send between their 51st and 100th referral will now earn them $20 per referral. 

When a referer reaches 100 referrals in addition to the $20 referral reward, the personalized Thank you post, their photo featured on every Done By Lex media outlet, the dedication video made and posted to the Done By Lex TikTok and YouTube account pages to commemorate the occasion they will also receive $500 in the form of a company check or ePayment, a complimentary lifetime Done By Lex Membership and all referrals they send from here on out will now earn them $25 per referral which is referred to as Partnership status and is considered to be our highest level in the referral rewards program and is a lifetime position. 

Done By Lex Memberships

In addition to creating opportunities for the community to generate revenue we also consider it important to save our customers money. One major initiative we have to achieve that goal is our Done By Lex Membership program. Our Done By Lex membership program offers customers the opportunity to acquire the styles they love in a budget conscientious manner.

The Done By Lex Membership has a price point of a one time payment of $899.99 for the year. A Done By Lex Member is entitled to up to 12 Tier I hairstyles per year, up to 6 Tier II hairstyles and/or up to 3 Tier III hairstyles. Using a star point system. Members will be given 12 star points to use as they choose according to the style teir chart. Teir 1 styles are equivalent to 1 star, tier two equates to 2 stars and teir 3 styles are equivalent to 4 stars.Please see chart above to identify hairstyle tier categories.  In order for a customer to enroll in the Done By Lex Membership they must sign up on the www.done-by-lex.com .Memberships that are purchased and paid upfront for the one-time annual fee of $899.99 have 14 days to request cancelation with refund. Memberships paid in full at time of enrollment will not be able to be refunded after the 14th day. Should a refund be request during the valid period(s) it shall be processed but may the 3 to 5 days to be returned to the customer's account. 

Customers who select to purchase the yearly Done By Lex Membership will have the immediate ability to book any style they would like to obtain, however upon booking their first appointment they will have nullified the 14 day return period. A customer that starts a monthly Done By Lex Membership that will immediately have access to any Tier I style of their choosing at no additional cost than the entrance fee that was already paid at the time of enrollment. Member's will not have access to Tier II hairstyles (at no additional cost to their monthly Membership fee) until the day their second membership payment processes. After a member's second payment processes that account is considered "partially mature". Member's will not have access to Tier III hairstyles until the day their third membership payment processes. After a member's third payment processes that account is considered "fully mature". Member's can book an appointment for a Tier II or Tier III style but will have to pay an early access fee to receive these hairstyles before their membership fully matures. Early access fee's will vary pending the price of the specific hairstyle that Member requests.

Hair Inclusive Service

Done By Lex offers most styles with hair included as a convenience to customers.
This service is optional and the customer will need to request the services at the time of booking. In selecting the hair Inclusive Service the price of the that appointment will change to reflect this request although that change may not be reflected on the Done By Lex website at the time of booking. Customer's who purchase the Done By Lex Membership will never have to purchase or bring their own hair to their appointment, nor will they have to request the hair be provided at the time of their booking as Done By Lex provides all hair in the appointments of Member's excluding human hair. Also apart of the membership, members will also recieve a discount on in house meech and services by our esthetician.
